Softball Newfoundland and Labrador Umpire-in-Chief John Sullivan would like to advise the softball community (Pitchers and Coaches) to pay particular attention to Page 4 whereby the pitcher must leap straight ahead and release the pitch. Not delivering the pitch in a straight and forward motion will result in an illegal pitch.
