Re: Develop your fastpitch skills with Canadian Champs! Enhance players’ skills and prepare them for the 2013 Softball Season.

Since we spoke in January (regarding clinics) a new Skill Development opportunity has developed.

NL 3Cheers Pub Senior Men’s Fastpitch team has developed spring camps/clinics for minor kids that are members of Softball NL. We are extremely excited about these clinics and we encourage all associations to drum up interest.

We realize associations have many strong coaches and dedicated volunteers helping teach the game of softball and we thank them for all their efforts. However, the opportunity that NL 3Cheers Pub is offering to Softball NL members is one that is like no other in the country.

The clinics will be instructed by members of the National Championship Team, players such as:

Ryan Boland (Catching & Hitting)
Shane Boland (Pitching, Fielding & Hitting)
Sean Cleary (Pitching)
Brad Ezekiel (Fielding & Hitting)
Justin Gill (Fielding, Stealing & Sliding)
Jason Hill (Pitching & Hitting)
And other members of the team

Clinics Details:
-Approximately 6 to 7 hours in length.
-Participants will be able to avail of all aspects of the game on a rotating base.
-Supplemental information will to be provided to participants.
-Email information to be provided for continued learning.
-Opened to all current minor Softball NL members (ages 11 to 18 yrs).
-$50 each – Minimum of 40 children (children will be divided based on age and skill).

Host Responsibility:
1. Collect registration and submit check to instructors (payable to NL 3Cheers). Please Note: If participants are absent, your association is responsible for covering the cost.
2. Provide a room for classroom instruction.
3. Provide a gymnasium.
4. Ensure all participants are members of Softball NL.

All funds from the Skill Development Clinics will offset the cost of instructors, and equipment. The remaining funds will go toward aiding in the travel expenses of the NL 3Cheers Pub Senior Men’s Fastpitch team at the 2013 Senior Nationals.

Softball NL will not receive any funds from these clinics however; we strongly encourage all to take advantage of this very unique opportunity.

The date for a clinic in your town can be arranged by emailing RYAN BOLAND at ryanboland31@hotmail.com.

Please let us know if your community and fastpitch members would be interested in this and would like to confirm a date.
