Softball Newfoundland & Labrador Introduced The Bob Whelan Memorial Award At The AGM. The Award Is Given To A Member Of The Association Who Made An Outstanding And Significant Contribution To Softball.
The Award Is Named After The Kilbride Native, Who Passed Away Recently After Contributing So Much To The Game As A Builder For More Than 25-Years. Shane Boland Became The Answer To A Future Trivia Question After Being Named The Inaugural Winner Of The Bob Whelan Memorial Award.
